The customer service centre in Dublin is a 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa Commercial Holdings and was established in 1997.
Initially, Global Tele Sales (GTS) started in October 1997 with 40 employees handling overflow calls from the German market and is working now as the primary contact centre for Western Europe, employing 200 people from all over the world. On a yearly basis, GTS is handling more than two million inbound calls of different services, providing fulfilment services and other added values for the Lufthansa organisation and customers.
