Lufthansa German Airlines is one of the most successful airlines in the world - with more than 105.000 employees - in 150 nations - handling over 60 mio passengers every year.
The customer service centre in Dublin is a 100% subsidiary of Lufthansa Commercial Holdings and was established in 1997.
Initially, Global Tele Sales (GTS) started in October 1997 with 40 employees handling overflow calls from the German market and is working now as the primary contact centre for Western Europe, employing 200 people from all over the world. On a yearly basis, GTS is handling more than two million inbound calls of different services, providing fulfilment services and other added values for the Lufthansa organisation and customers.
